It is a colour that can lift the hair up to 5 levels, and then adds tone to the hair.
A bleach or powder lightener will lighten the hair up to 7 or 9 levels without adding tone. O&M's High-Lift colour can lift up to 5 levels.
It can be used for highlighting on natural hair or for global colour (on scalp) and is recommended to be used on natural levels 6 and above. It is not recommended for grey/white hair. Can be used on and off scalp.
No, due to the lifting and colour depositing system use as a toner is discouraged.
