Most of our classes are open to anyone, regardless of qualification. However, our Hands-On classes do require you to be a hairdresser or apprentice.

Yes, all classes are booked individually, except for Path to Pro and Path to Pro Master, which are sold as a packages only.

An ABN is not required to purchase tickets. However, we highly recommend using your ABN when creating an O&M Pro Account. This allows you to check out your booked class smoothly, similar to completing an order online.

1. Change of Mind: We are happy to offer an exchange to a different class up to 2 weeks before your scheduled class.

Please note we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind cancellations.

2. Class Updates/Changes made by O&M: If the class you booked is updated or changed by O&M and you can no longer attend, please contact us within 2 weeks of the notification to arrange a refund.

3. Failure to attend (No-Show) the booked class will result in a forfeiture of 100% of the class fee.

4. Complimentary tickets are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
